That ad is mocking me!!

There are some ads on the bottom of my blog that some people can't see. I can see them if I am using Firefox but not if I am using Internet Explorer. I don't know why and I've never tried to figure it out. Care much? No.

But even if you can see those ads, I have a feeling I am the only one who caught this! The highlighted sentence says "...Nutrisystem would be the answer but it wasn't. Diet tea? Uh uh. Diet pills from the doctor? Nah. And no I won't try that oily stool stuff 'Alli'."

Too funny.

Well, I'm happy to see that there is a wall between your editorial and advertising decisions. Journalists everywhere are smiling at you. :)

Oh yeah ..er...I did it on purpose. I did! :)

Google places ads on my site apparently triggered by key words I write. So if I write, "lesbians were stomping around smelling like sweaty feet at my office today" then for the next several days I get adds for gay and lesbian groups. Yeah, I think Google needs to work harder on their algorithm.

I'm looking at a Weight Watchers ad to the right on your site just now!

URGH....

I don't pay attention to mine. I guess I should!!

Could be worse...???

I looked at that ad and I joined!

I actually get a kick out of the adds on sites because I know they are driven by something that was written. I think it's funny.

Steve - lesbians in Memphis smell like that? Odd. *snort!*

Yeah, I know why the ads are there but that one just struck me - it's so big and colorful and then there was me trashing it.

Hi BetteJo,

You've been "tagged" again, LOL!

Please (if you are up for this game again):

1. Link to the tagger! (That would be me!) ;-)

2. Share 7 random or wierd facts about yourself on your blog.

3. Tag 7 people, post their names and links to their blogs on your blog.

4. Tell the 7 people you tagged by posting "Tag you're it" on their blogs in their comments box and explain the "rules" to them. Nobody's obligated! Just have fun!

Thanks !!

Yes the chips - with those side effects - who would want to eat them?

Hi Sue - I consider myself tagged. :)

Nutmeg - like you need to diet! I wish I was a runner too! Just never could. :(

A girlfriend of mine tried those pills, and was utterly sorry. She called it sicking yourself thin.

That's a good description!
