Merry Christmas! I hope the tree has survived (4 cats + Christmas Tree = bring me a Valium!).
Thank you so much for your insomnia remedy info! I'm still on the teas (adding some from the list you linked) but have also discovered Formula 303 which has a pile of Valerian Root (sans stench!) and seems to be WORKING! I'm actually sleeping! God Bless Us. EVERYONE! ;)
